Rocky Road
Based on the traditional no-bake dessert, our Rocky Road fudge is packed with cherries and hand-roasted almonds and Brazil nuts, along with marshmallows that part-melt into the chocolate fudge to give it a gorgeous, slightly chewy texture.

Made by hand
Slow-cooled, the way we've always done it
Every batch is cooked in a copper pan, cast by hand and left to cool slowly — the method that gives our fudge its famously refined, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Cooked in copper
Butter, cream and sugar are brought slowly to temperature in small batches, stirred by hand the whole way.
Nuts, cherries and marshmallow folded in
Brazil nuts, almonds, glazed cherries and marshmallow are folded through by hand, giving every slice its own mix of chewy, crunchy surprises.
Slow-cooled & cut
Left to cool gently for the smoothest set, before being cut into bars and wrapped in the shop.
