Slightly more mellow than our Triple Dark Chocolate fudge, this fudge is chocolatey, creamy and made with just a hint of vanilla to give the perfect balance of flavour.

Made by hand
Slow-cooled, the way we've always done it
Every batch is cooked in a copper pan, cast by hand and left to cool slowly — the method that gives our fudge its famously refined, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Cooked in copper
Butter, cream and sugar are brought slowly to temperature in small batches, stirred by hand the whole way.
Cocoa stirred through
Cocoa powder is stirred through as the fudge cools, for a smooth, mellow milk chocolate finish.
Slow-cooled & cut
Left to cool gently for the smoothest set, before being cut into bars and wrapped in the shop.
