Are your fudges suitable for vegetarians?
All of our flavours are suitable for vegetarians apart from the Rocky Road fudge which contains Marshmallow.
How about Dairy Free?
Our Chocolate Coconut Fudge is our first dairy free recipe.
What can I drink with my fudge?
We recommend any of our fudges with either tea or coffee. If going for Tablet then consider a nice swig of Scottish Whisky...
What is the weight of each fudge slice?
As all our fudge is cut by hand, each slice usually weighs between 60-70g.
What is the weight of a box of fudge?
Boxes of 6 and 10 slices weigh approximately 400g and 700g respectively.
How should I keep my fudge?
We always recommend storing your fudge in a cool & dry environment. Fudge can be refrigerated or frozen if desired but please take into consideration that it may change the flavour and consistency.
What's the shelf life of your fudge?
We recommend keeping your fudge up to 3 weeks from date of purchase.
Does your fudge contain nuts?
Some of our fudges do not contain any nuts. Because of the remote possibility of cross contamination of the many raw ingredients before they come into the factory, we cannot guarantee that our products would be safe to someone with a nut allergy.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
In the event that there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately by email and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe and most of the World.
How fast can I get my Fudge?
We now offer FREE standard delivery (3-5 working days) on any orders over £25 within the UK (to the same address). If you prefer a faster option, we also offer Express (1-2 working days) or Next Day Delivery.Standard or Tracked Airmail is available for international orders.
Are payments made through your site secure?
Yes, they are. All transactions are taken via WorldPay, which is a worldwide online payment gateway. This also means that we do not hold or store any of your card details.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Order processing is our priority and we aim to post out your order the same day, Monday to Friday before 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday (if not a Bank Holiday).
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery time as we rely on a third party but the majority of orders should arrive within a few days of dispatch. If you would like a guaranteed next day delivery, please choose this option at the checkout. Next day delivery must be to a UK address and the order must be placed Monday - Thursday before midday.
