Made by hand
Slow-cooled, the way we've always done it
Every batch is cooked in a copper pan, cast by hand and left to cool slowly — the method that gives our fudge its famously refined, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Cooked in copper
Butter, cream and sugar are brought slowly to temperature in small batches, stirred by hand the whole way.
Hazelnuts folded through
Chopped hazelnuts and cocoa powder are folded through by hand, for a bar that is as nutty as it is chocolatey.
Slow-cooled & cut
Left to cool gently for the smoothest set, before being cut into bars and wrapped in the shop.
