Chocolate Coconut (Dairy Free)

Our original dairy-free recipe, this fudge is made with coconut milk, creamed coconut and pure cocoa, with a generous sprinkle of hand-roasted desiccated coconut. It has such a delicious dark chocolate flavour, and yet creamy consistency, we'd bet you'd never guess it's dairy-free.
