Inspired by Italian gelato, this fudge has a delicious creamy pistachio flavour, a generous helping of crunchy fresh pistachios and a topping of white chocolate.

Made by hand
Slow-cooled, the way we've always done it
Every batch is cooked in a copper pan, cast by hand and left to cool slowly — the method that gives our fudge its famously refined, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Cooked in copper
Butter, cream and sugar are brought slowly to temperature in small batches, stirred by hand the whole way.
Pistachio and white chocolate folded in
Pistachios, pistachio paste and white chocolate are folded through as the fudge cools, for a nutty finish with a delicate sweetness.
Slow-cooled & cut
Left to cool gently for the smoothest set, before being cut into bars and wrapped in the shop.

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Condensed Milk, Butter, Whipping Cream, Fondant, Water, Salt, pistachios, pistachio paste (almonds, pistachios, sugar, sunflower oil, colour, flavouring), white chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla).
