Made by hand
Slow-cooled, the way we've always done it
Every batch is cooked in a copper pan, cast by hand and left to cool slowly — the method that gives our fudge its famously refined, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Cooked in copper
Butter, cream and sugar are brought slowly to temperature in small batches, stirred by hand the whole way.
Peppermint stirred through, chocolate on top
Natural peppermint oil is stirred through as the fudge cools, then it is finished with a dark chocolate topping for a cool, refreshing bite.
Slow-cooled & cut
Left to cool gently for the smoothest set, before being cut into bars and wrapped in the shop.

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Condensed Milk, Butter, Whipping Cream, Fondant, Water, Salt, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), natural peppermint oil, green liquid colour (E141).
