Drawing on our Italian heritage, this creamy, chocolatey fudge is packed full of delicious nuggets of Torrone (nougat), a traditional chewy sweet made with almonds, honey and a hint of lemon zest. Perfetto!

Made by hand
Slow-cooled, the way we've always done it
Every batch is cooked in a copper pan, cast by hand and left to cool slowly — the method that gives our fudge its famously refined, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Cooked in copper
Butter, cream and sugar are brought slowly to temperature in small batches, stirred by hand the whole way.
Torrone folded through
Chunks of torrone — honey, almonds and hazelnuts — are folded through by hand, bringing a nougat crunch to every slice.
Slow-cooled & cut
Left to cool gently for the smoothest set, before being cut into bars and wrapped in the shop.

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Condensed Milk, Butter, Whipping Cream, Fondant, Water, Salt, torrone (honey, almonds, sugar, hazelnuts, sunflower oil, egg white, flavouring), cocoa powder.
