Our response to Covid-19
In order to best protect our staff and customers, our premises are currently closed. However, we have decided to re-open our online shop on a 'reduce hour' basis. At the moment, all orders will be posted out on Mondays and Thursdays. (Last orders of the posting days need to be in for 9am).
As we have a reduced number of staff working at the moment, please be aware that it may take a little longer than normal to process orders. Deliveries may also be slightly delayed due to extra busyness for the postal service at this time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to answer phone calls at the moment, but please do feel free to get in touch with any customer inquiries at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via social media.
Please be assured we are taking all necessary precautions in order to minimise risk, and we will continually monitor the changing situation and government guidelines, and respond accordingly.
